This cookie is truly a work of art. Ours looked just like the picture, really resembling a delicious brownie hot fudge sundae. From brownie to vanilla, hot fudge, sprinkles, and the cherry, all of the flavors are there to make a great sundae. We loved the Brownie, Sundae Cookie and recommend it for all chocolate lovers this week!
You can even serve it with a little ice cream on the side for a truly delectable treat!
Strawberry Shortcake Cookie
This week they also give us a take on another classic summer dessert with the Strawberry Shortcake Cookie! This is a cake-like cookie topped with whipped cream, fresh chopped strawberries, and sweet strawberry jam.
If you prefer fruity flavors over chocolate, this strawberry shortcake-inspired cookie is sure to hit the spot. Their house-made jam is wonderful and goes well with the soft cookie. The addition of whipped cream and fresh strawberries just makes it that much better.
Birthday Cake (Patriotic)
This festive cookie consists of a cake batter cookie topped with cake batter frosting and red, white, and blue sprinkles.
Perfect for celebrating Independence Day (July 4th), this version of the birthday cake cookie is both tasty and patriotic. It is a fun, kid-friendly option that is also great for parties. The rich cake batter frosting makes this one of the sweetest flavor offerings of this week. For some people, that’s a major plus, but others may find it a bit too sweet.
Cowboy Cookie
This cookie packs a lot of favorites into one cookie with an oatmeal cookie base loaded with semi-sweet chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and toasted pecans.
For people that enjoy oatmeal cookies or coconut and don’t mind a little chocolate, the combination of warm oatmeal cookie, chocolate, coconut, and pecans really works well together. It creates an explosion of flavors and textures with every bite. Some of our crew members say this Cowboy Cookie is their unexpected favorite of the week!
Classic Pink Sugar
Classic Pink Sugar consists of a soft, chilled sugar cookie and pink almond-flavored frosting. This one is simple, but it tastes great. It would work for all ages and be great for parties too. Plus, its pink frosting brings a lot of flavor without being as rich and sweet as some of the other offerings.
