Skittles Shriekers
Skittles Shriekers come with a warning to beware of their “frightfully sour flavors.” While the candies inside might look like regular Skittles, they are really five flavors of extra sour fun. These will be perfect for Halloween tricks and treats this year. You can get them at stores nationwide.
Our sour candy fans can’t wait to get their hands on a bag of Skittles Shriekers! Update: We love them!
New Moe’s Southwest Grill Frozen Burrito Bowls Are At Kroger
These frozen, heat-and-eat burrito bowls are available exclusively at Kroger. They come in four delicious sounding flavors:
- Pollo Asada
- Chicken Tortilla
- Beef Barbacoa
- Beef Tortilla
You can find Moe’s frozen burrito bowls at a Kroger near you for $5.49-$6.49.
Keebler Pumpkin Spice Fudge Stripes Cookies
The Keebler elves are celebrating fall with a new flavor of their classic fudge stripe cookies, Pumpkin Spice! This flavor features vanilla fudge stripes and a spiced cookie. They came out in mid-August and will be available at grocery stores nationwide from now through the 2021 fall season.

New Pillsbury Items
Pillsbury has released several new and interesting items lately, including:
- Mini Cinni Stix – Mini cinnamon bread sticks that make a great dessert or breakfast on-the-go
- Mini Pizza Crusts
- Cornbread Swirls
- Pull-Apart Kits – These are available in monkey bread and garlic bread varieties and come with everything you need, including pre-cut dough.
- Cookie Dough Poppins – Cookie Dough Poppins are a safe version of cookie dough bites that come in two flavors for snacking: birthday cake and chocolate chip.
General Mills Introduces New Monster Mash Cereal
For the 50th anniversary General Mills has released a new mash-up of all five of their iconic monster cereals into Monster Mash. The new monster mash cereal contains cereal pieces from Count Chocula, Franken Berry, Boo Berry, Yummy Mummy, and Frute Brute.
While some of our reviewers are unsure that all five cereals will go well together in the same cereal bowl, the video promoting Monster Mash is smashing. You can watch it and find out more about the new cereal on the General Mills blog.
Limited Edition Apple Cider Donut Oreo
Oreo is also getting into the fall spirit this month with the release of Apple Cider Donut Oreos, These sound like a great fall treat, featuring Golden Oreos with apple cider flavored creme. We hope to find these at a store near us very soon!
Glazed Pull-Apart Donuts Coming To McDonald’s
Mcdonald’s is joining the pull-apart trend with new Glazed Pull-Apart Donuts. Coming to the breakfast menu on September 1, 2021, the limited-time offering will feature donut holes with a sweet glaze that are baked pull-apart style. They will be great for sharing or just pulling apart and eating by yourself!
Jack in the Box BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger Is Back
BBQ and bacon fans are excited about the limited-time return of the BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger at Jack In The Box. This large burger includes two beef patties, 2 slices of cheese, bacon, onion rings, and barbecue sauce all in a burger bun. If BBQ and bacon is your winning combo, come with us to Jack In The Box to enjoy their latest burger addition!
Cinnabon Brings Back Cookie BonBites
What are Cookie BonBites?
They consist of a bite-sized Cinnabon cinnamon roll inside of a warm chocolate chip cookie. It might sound like a weird combination, but they have been quite popular in the past. We would love to try them!
Cookie BonBites will be available at Cinnabon locations through early November 2021.
Hidden Treasure At Baskin-Robbins
The Baskin-Robbins flavor of the month for August 2021 is new Hidden Treasure! So what’s the treasure? Caramel gold coins are hidden throughout Belgian chocolate flavored ice cream with a ribbon of crunchy cookies.
Belgian chocolate, caramel coins, and cookies? Yes, please!
Cracker Barrel Is Ready For Fall 2021
The Cracker Barrel Fall menu for 2021 is here! Here are the featured items:
- Bacon Mac n’ Cheese – Their delicious Mac n’ Cheese side dish topped with bacon, parsley, green onions, and Parmesan cheese
- Bacon n’ Egg Hashbrown Casserole – Their famous Hashbrown Casserole with a twist! It’s cooked on the griddle and layered with Colby cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, fried onions, tomatoes and green onions.
- Pumpkin Pie Latte – Coffee with pumpkin pie flavors topped with whipped cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice
- Huckleberry Tea – Fresh-brewed tea with wild huckleberries
Anyone want to go for a Cracker Barrel breakfast, even if it’s not time for breakfast yet? We do!
Little Caesar’s Crazy Calzony
This may just be the most innovative pizza creation we have seen from a pizza chain in quite a while!
The Crazy Calzony from Little Caesar’s is essentially half pepperoni pizza and half calzone. The middle is a pepperoni pizza while the edges feature a folded crust that resembles a calzone and stuffed with white garlic sauce, mozzarella cheese, and bits of pepperoni. All of that goodness is them topped with Parmesan cheese.
If that sounds as amazing to you as it does to me, you can order one from Little Caesar’s today. They will also be available as a HOT-N-READY item starting on August 23, 2021.
