What are Bai Boost Drinks?
Bai Boost is a recently released line of drinks that is almost exactly like original Bai, except Boost has added caffeine and comes in three new (and delicious!) flavors – Watamu Strawberry Watermelon, Togo Tangerine Citrus, and Buka Black Raspberry.
Each flavor is sweetened with erythritol and stevia leaf extract and clocks in at just 10 calories, but that is merely the basics. The following are also included in every bottle:
- 13.5 mg of vitamin c
- Electrolytes (potassium is added)
- 100 mg of polyphenols from tea and coffefruit extracts
- 110 mg of caffeine
The label says plant-based energy, and they really mean it.
One bottle is the equivalent of a cup of coffee and keeps us feeling more alert and focused for hours without the jitters and excess sugar of conventional energy drinks.
Bai Boost Flavor Ratings and Rankings
It is worth mentioning that every flavor smelled fantastic, as in we would happily buy Bai Boost scented anything. When it comes to comparing the taste, they are all nice and refreshing. It was not easy to rank them, but here is the rating and rank for each flavor.
3. Watamu Strawberry Watermelon
This flavor truly smells and tastes like both strawberry and watermelon, which pleased our review team. The taste is “refreshing and light” which would be great on a hot summer day. Overall, it was a pleasant flavor.
The only thing that kept this from being higher up on the list was a mild aftertaste, but it wouldn’t keep us from occasionally enjoying it
Rating: 6.5/10
2. Togo Tangerine Citrus
Most tangerine-flavored items taste more like orange than tangerine, so we were pleasantly suprised to be able to detect hints of tangerine in this. It works well as an energizing morning pick-me-up.
It had a stronger, sweeter flavor than the others and is decidedly “a great mix of tangeine and orange” that most people would enjoy.
It was difficult to decide where to rank this one. If you are a big fan of tangerines or a morning glass of orange juice, this is likely to be your favorite. Others might find it a bit too strong and prefer the flavor in our number one spot.
Rating: 7.7/10
1. Buka Black Raspberry
Raspberry fans rejoice! This flavor was very sweet, yet with a slight tartness of raspberry. It definitely brings the flavor, but isn’t as strong as Tangerine Citrus. Those that find it a little too sweet might enjoy it more watered down.
One of our Rankers says, “This is the best black raspberry flavored thing ever. I want to drink it every day.”
If you like berries or sweet flavors, this is the Bai Boost flavor for you.
Rating: 8/10
Final Thoughts
Bai Boost drinks offer a nice, clean energy boost and come in three great flavors. Buka Black Raspberry is our favorite, barely outscoring Togo Tangerine Citrus.
They cost around $1.60 per bottle in our local grocery stores. The best deal we found was a variety pack of 15 bottles for about $20, which is approximately $1.33 per bottle.
Pros
- Clean energy
- Great taste
- 10 calories
- Contain antioxidants, polyphenols, and electrolytes
- As much caffiene as a cup of coffee
- Plant-based natural ingredients with nothing artificial
Cons
- A bit pricy
- Some flavors have a slight aftertaste
- Caffiene-sensitive individuals likely won’t be able to enjoy these.
We recommend that you try Bai Boost if you are looking for an alternative to coffee or enegy drinks, as long as you don’t have an issue with stevia, erythritol, or caffeine.

Fresh and real fruit taste beyond compare however, it’s too watery for me give me a bite of fruit and let me take a drink from a garden hose. To be a hair sticker with make it better in my estimation. But the fruit you nailed it right on good job.
