Kellogg’s Tiger Paws Jumbo Snax Review

Jumbo Snax are touted as a fun, new way to eat your favorite cereals. Jumbo-sized pieces in small bags make these perfect for snacking on-the-go.

We found a few varieties at the store and picked Tiger Paws Jumbo Snax for this review, because we all like Frosted Flakes.  We are here to tell you what we thought of them.

We chose to review the Tiger Paws, but there are other varieties we want to try that were not at our local grocery store.

The following types of Jumbo Snax are listed on Kellogg’s website:

  • Froot Loops
  • Tiger Paws
  • Pops
  • Apple Jacks
  • Cinnabon *new*
  • Smorez *new*

Anyway, back to the Tiger Paws Jumbo Snax.

Look how cute the little paw shapes are!

These are sweet, crunchy, and a joy to play with and eat. There would have been high ratings all around, except for one rather big issue.

Tiger Paws Jumbo Snax may feature Tony the Tiger on the packaging, but they fail to taste much like Frosted Flakes.

One reviewer whose favorite cereal is Frosted Flakes said that these are “sweet, but they don’t taste like the cereal at all.”

Another member of our team deduced that Tiger Paws taste like a mash-up of Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes and a certain rival cereal featuring a captain (Sorry, Kellogg’s!).

We all agreed with this assessment and couldn’t get it out of our heads after that.

Tiger Paws Jumbo Snax are good and we do reccommend trying them with the caveat that they don’t taste that much like Frosted Flakes, which is reflected in our rating. These would make an excellent snack for kids though!
